Aaron is a Co-Founder of SMM and a graduate of Yale University and the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. He's an actor, voiceover artist, writer, and educator based in London, with 20 years of industry experience in both the UK and the States.

Marc is a Co-Founder of SMM and is based in London. Since graduating from The Urdang Academy, he’s performed in Germany, the West End, on film, and in voiceover.

Ricky is a Co-Founder of SMM and lives in NYC. He started his training at Sylvia Young Theatre School and then went on to graduate from London Studio Centre. His career has taken him all over the globe from the West End to the Middle East and to Broadway.
